What do you think of the handbook Saint-Frances Guide to Pediatrics? Why is it out of print?

First Aid for the Wards give high rating for Saint-Frances Pediatrics but apparently LWW is no longer selling it on it's website. I don't understand. Anyone using Saint-Frances Pediatrics, what do you think of it, is it overrated or not as good as what people thought?

1. I've no idea what this book is all about, but in med school we all used Harriet Lane from Hopkins for our peds rotation.
